AHH, Boulder, CO. Spent 22 years up and down the front range. Binghamton, NY, grew up in Vestal right next door. Now in Palm Harbor FL, just north of Tampa.

Yea, I miss Colorado. Not so much the cold, but it is beautiful. I call Florida the "white stucco state", that's as far as you can see, the white stucco building on the corner. The water is nice, but expensive.
