Was looking at that same one you have Rabbito... also looking at the Primo Brute V. Couple dudes I talked to that run the ultima, said no complaints. Not a bad deal for the price if that's the look you want. But the ones with the outer bearing support just looks like there is a lot hanging off the motor on those ultimas..not sure I want all that going on!

Going with the Primo IV. Don't need a 3.5 inch belt, 3 is enough

Just so you know the noise with the clutch pulled in is from the clutch plates beating the heck out of the aluminum clutch basket. We use a steel clutch basket so this doesn't happen.

So is there a replacement parts so I don't have to buy a whole new assemble. Is it a bad thing also if I leave it alone?

I have the 2" bdl on the 103" shovel I break 2 belts a year so im going with the 3.3 on the new evo build I have been told the ulitima belt is bullet proof we will see
as far as the noise they all do it to a point anytime you have metal on metal with no lube your going to get noise but its only when you pull the clutch lever

here's a pic of my new build with the ultima
