The new bolts come with a small rubber gasket. It's not about locktite. The manual says to replace them because if you don't they will leak. I didn't, and they did.

 

No leaks so far. How did your leaks manifest themselves...loss of fuel pressure or gas leaks out the top of the tank?

 

The tank is not pressurized, the line is. The gas leaked past the old bolts..... a lot.

 

I looked up the parts on the site you posted Joe_G. I'm going to order them tomorrow, thanks for the info.
