So I checked for warpage and shot a video. It's pretty warped.

This video might provide some entertainment for y'all. Pretty sure this is the first time anyone has tried to fix a rocker box this way… or at least I hope

Hit it a few more times and it's pretty straight now I think.

I think they are only about 1/8th difference.

It doesn't seem like much but it matters.

Got the right bolts in the right places now and torqued down to spec.

The 1/4" bolts were loose when I went in there. It's pretty tight in there and I didn't use my torque wrench the first time when I did my base gaskets… lesson learned.

Just out of curiosity are yours color coded or are they all the same color.

You need to check the base rocker box for warpage too... no point in going back in with new gaskets and such if it's warped as well. Do it right the first time.

75 mile ride this afternoon and so far so good. I will keep an eye on it to see if it gets leaky once again. I appreciate the help getting this fixed big time!
