Hesitates an backfires on bumps
So my bike is running pretty good except when I hit good size bumps when doing 45mph and up. Doesn't seem to do it at lower speeds.its just annoying when it's one bump but if I am going through a rough section it gets pretty bad.. I have recently replaced my coil cause my bike was shutting down to one cylinder.. Haven't had an issue with that since I replaced it.. Any help on this issue would greatly be appreciated. My bike is a 96 fxd ev27 cam and arlen ness big sucker intake. Thank you

under the center of the bike it has a netted cable ground wire - it connects to the inner primary center bolt from the back side and it attaches to the frames cross brace - the weight of it after many miles has a way of making it loosen the bolts - remove it completly Clean both locations and re install - that is your isssue

wiring.
Older bikes are great but the old wiring is usually what will make a bad day.
Take care the electrical and you will have one less BIG thing to worry about.
