anybody know if I can put risers with the stock handlebars & cables would like to bring them up and back a little .

 

I'm not sure on the fatboy but I put 4" (2 up and 2 back) risers on my Heritage and didn't have to change anything else.

I did have to reroute the throttle and idle cables.
