here is where im at now on my engine 82.62" compression static 10.94:1 corrected 9.59:1 woods W9B heads velocity ported SS nitride valves 460lb springs titanium caps S&S lifters with HL2T, pushrods, roller rockers reed breather HV/HF oil pump ultima R2 carb with thunderjet and thunder header with lava wrap on the dyno no SAE correction 5th gear pull 107.9hp 114.1tq

D,
With that kind of power and the style of bike components, you have the worst possible setup. No? An outdated springer setup and a Softail. Your shocks pull not push. Your front end is prone to dive. That small rear swing arm setup and one seat makes no long trip too fun. Stop light to stop light I am sure you're no fun to race, but.....
I have a Softail springer so believe me, I Know!

I know I built it as a bar hopper. but it rides so smooth I take it on 500 mile trips it has air ride shocks. as far as the front end it hasn't been to bad but this winter im going to put a shock on it as far as races ive got 2 now under my belt won both. first was a 96" fxr second is the one im proud of 500 ppl saw me spank a 110 SE bagger

The wet weight of that rig is gotta be 450#. Close ???
That big rake must help keep the front end down. Spanking 110" would've made me the happiest man in da world. Lol
