I have V&H 2-1 exhaust and Bid Sucker air filter. Just bought V&H longshots with unwrapped baffles "cheese grater style". I have had the bike on the dyno and it is 14.5 pretty much across the board. Opinions on whether or not I will need to buy a tuner with the longshots...or will they flow about the same as my 2 into 1 pipe that I have now?? Any info would be appreciated.

 

You'll need a different tune. The dynamics of the two different pipes are the reason,

 

If you've gone to the trouble of dyno tuning your bike in the past it would be a waste to not do it again with your new set-up!

 

Tune it to the new mufflers you won't regret it.

 

Thats what I figured...doesn't hurt to ask though
