Vance and Hines leak

Vance and Hines leak
Noticed an exhaust leak at the exhaust port... Took off the pipe and noticed that there were too many pieces. Lol The cylinder piece that provides the surface to actually bolt the exhaust onto the head had simply fallen off. It appears to have been that way for awhile by the amount of rust but I just noticed this week. Has anyone ever seen this and does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix it? I really don't wanna buy new pipes because of this. Pics to follow

Thanks for the input. at first I was thinking just replace the gasket and everything should be fine until I took it off and then I said to myself... O damn, somehow an extra part got in there haha.

So when I try and tap it back on there is still about a 16th of an inch space between the cylinder lip and pipe. Should I try and hammer it to fit or let it be? And should I get it spot welded like it was originally or go ahead and get the back end welded the whole way around?

For anyone who has run into this issue I have fixed my problem... Get a few welds done to the back end of the collar where the circlip catches. I roughly cleaned mine up with a hand grinder. The circlip might not catch the collar flush like it did before, but you can bet your a$$ that it will hold better than the original spot welds. It appears that whoever installed the exhaust before me tightened the back end before tightening the cylinder end, based off of the marks on the back bracket.
