D&D Exhaust verses all the others

I have run both the RB Racing LSR 2>1 and the Bassani Pro Streets 2>2. The graphs you posted exactly represent the difference in power curves between the two with my bike, but the Pro Streets actually make more power than the RB on top (~4500-6200).
The RB pipe's rocket torque curve from 2500-4500 is easy to feel (fun) but sets it up to feel flat at higher RPMs compared to the Pro Streets which climb consistently from 3500 all the way up to redline. Plus, no torque dip between 2000-2500 like with the RB.
Based on my experience racing other bikes on the street, the Pro Streets are faster because the superior power curve from 4-6+k matches the bike's shift points better (my early TC 5-speed bike is geared lower than the later bikes with 6 speed). This might also explain the popularity of the 2>1s on the later higher-gear ratio 6 speed bikes (the 2>1's better lower torque curve gets the higher gearing moving sooner).
