Question EFI and baffles

I've got a 2003 FXSTSI and have had the baffles out for several years and
want to put them back in. I'm pretty sure it would need tuning after the baffles are in. I have an old power commander also. Do I have to have it put on the dyno for this or can it be tued some other way. I used to put them in and take them out all the time until I noticed my pipes lighting up the concrete
at night because the bike was so leen Any advice on saving me the $400 dollar dyno ? ?

Nope! You might be surprised just how much better your bike rides afterwards.
