Exhaust for 2105 street glide
Im looking at getting a new exhaust for my bike. It has the stock head pipe and rinehart slipons. whats the best way to go. Sticking with the rineharts and getting a new head pipe or a whole new exhaust? If just a new head pipe hows is the best. I like the way the rineharts sound, but Id like some thing a bit louder.

V&H Power Duels Header
Just purchased V&H header and slip ons . I found out you cannot use the Dynojet Auto tune with this header Because the O2 sensors are 12mm and you need 18mm they tell you to weld on the new bungs which are provided, but the O2 sensors that come with the kit are so big they hit the engine unless you want to drill new holes on your brand new header

i too have a new SGS and am looking for the best and cost effective way to go. I'm looking for not to loud exhaust system that will allow the engine to run the coolest that its capable of running and producing the best power its capable of without going past stage1. I'm coming from owning nothing but Triumphs and want to get off to a good start with Harley.

Remove your exhaust from the Jugs and cut a large enough cavity roughly 2x4 inches with a die grinder or some kind of power saw where the two pipes collect at the bottom close to where your bottom support mount comes off your engine, then remove mesh screen type material. When complete have cut out section rewelded I suggest TIG welding if possible to prevent rust and insure no pinholes There are many You Tube videos out there
