Another exhaust gasket question

I went to the dealership and got some new exhaust/head gaskets. However, they dont appear to be wire/graphite. They just look like a couple aluminum rings? Did they give me the wrong gaskets?

What exhaust are you running?
Did you ask the parts guy about your doubts?
Might also help to know what model bike you have.

Sorry. Good point.

Going from stock exhaust to V & H Sideshots.
07 Sportster 1200N

I asked the parts guy if they would compress and he said they would and I took his word for it. Once i got home and looked at some online they certainly look different.
