Well I finally made it back home. I flew in Sat the 4th and pulled out on the 5th for sturgis. The bike ran great. My Buddy has a 07 Deuce with A stage 1 done to it and he was definantly no match for me. I must admit he was catching up to me once I got to about 95mph though. Heh, it was over by then anyway! I've attached my Dyno sheet which I had done after returning from Sturgis.

...When I get it on the Dyno I do not think he will have much to do to it. Wayyyyy better gas mileage. Now I have to figure this Supertrapp disks stuff out (there're all in now).
SaltySteve, I'm running 9 discs, open end cap. The open end cap counts for 6 discs, so 9+6=15 w/closed end cap. Just about done my break-in...

Thanks firetender. Just for kicks I ran it on the dyno once without anything in it (cap or Discs)and I lost 1 hp but gained 3 of torque.

I really don't know. I was hoping someone would have some insight on this Dyno Sheet. I myself am new tothis stuff. From your comments I guess it looks like crap!? I did tell the operator that I wanted best performance from idle to 4000 RPM and I was not worried about picture perfect numbers as long as he found me performance where I wanted it. By the way he changed the low speed jet to 1 up.

Sorry to burst you bubble man, butyou really need to think about getting rid of that 45 Mikuni and going to the 42 Mikuni.
You are leaving so much Low end TQ on the table Bro.
For a 95" you should be getting alot better results. Before I did the 95" I had S&S 510G cams with a S&S Super E carb Even with the Power robbing Rineharts I was at 75HP & 86TQ and that's when it was still an 88" with NO head work. If you think runshard now if I were you I'd swap the 45 for the 42 and you will crap your pant. I'd almost bet if you even went back to the stock CV carb you'd be better off. Something to think about.....................

'04's right, you gotta lose that 45....see that red line in the AFR table, that's optimum ratio, the ONLY place your good is at 4000. The carb and that pipe (which I'm sure needs tuning) is where that dips coming from I'll bet. What kind of ignition are you running?

I'll be honest with ya...I'm not really sure, I thought the last time I had my bike dyno'ed the higher the number the leaner it was (someone correct me if I'm wrong) but either way its not right. I'm running a SE44 (which isreally a 42) on mine and I've got way more cam and head work. I'd personally put either the Daytona Twin Tek or Dynatek ignition on it, just because its not pinging doesn't mean it can't use some adjustability. Once you get it lined out your going to be waaay surprised and don't worry this is all part of the process.

Just checked and it is fatter as it gets higher...I think that's a product of the 45

Yeah I guess it is. I'll chew on this for a while. I'll have to decide if it is good enough or spend another few hundred bucks for another Carb. I will say this though, the Mikuni sure is sweeter on delivery than the stock Carb was.
