Supertrapp black discoloration
i have a black supermeg on my '16 FXDLS that has some discoloration. It's pretty apparent in my sig photo, but the black "ceramic" coating is turning brown at the pipe end and at the aft end. Wondering if this is normal for black coatings, cause I sure don't like the look of it. Never ran it without a tune richening it up a bit from stock.
Any thoughts? Thanks.

I love companies with good customer service.
Spoke to a tech/cust service rep at Supertrapp, and he's sending me a new shell for the muffler. Unbolt it, two screws and slip out the core, slip it back into the new shell and bolt it back up.
I think I'll wait until I have my proper dyno tune before I do it, just to be sure its not caused by my map.
Gotta love Supertrapp.

I've been looking to pick-up a SuperMeg system for some time. I'm waiting till SuperTrapp gets smart enough and include both 18mm and 12mm oxygen sensor bungs to accommodate stock O2 sensors as well as wideband O2 sensors for closed loop tuning.
