I don't think V&H Twin Slash are CA compliant. They are listed as off road only on the website.

Mine definitely have no EPA stamp.

Update: I swapped out Thunderheader and installed my original OEM pipes, rode to police station where they initially advised I had to take bike to CHP as they have decibel meter. I pointed out cop who wrote citation did not have decibel meter and citation specifically states any LEO can sign off, she went in back to discuss and after about 10 minutes returned and had me ride up and down the street. She signed off. Thunderheader for sale now and I have already installed Supertrapp 2:1.

 

Put a "I voted for Bernie" sticker on your bike. The police may simply throw your ticket away. Better yet, the leftists in your city will start riots about police profiling, brutality, and your wrongful detainment. Claim to be a minority. Tell stories about how many times your pipes have saved your life from privileged distracted white teenagers texting while driving luxury SUVs.
