Default CFR? with power duals

installed V&H power duals headers, Arlen Ness big sucker air, dyno-jet power vision tuner on my 2012 Streetglide. Bought from fuel Moto because of all the recommendation of knowledge and support. Not happy that I've spent that much money without any sign of improvement. I had V&H twin slash mufflers when I did this so called power , performance improvement. Was considering getting CFR slip on mufflers, love the sound. But, I contacted fuel Moto about mapping them. They said they had a couple maps for them but I would lose torque if I installed them. Said their maps were pretty good for those pipes but I would definitely feel the loss in torque. So now what , spent around a 1000.00 for a definite improvement that I can't tell I have. Put another 600 for pipes that sound good just to possibly get less performance? I'm in no man's land wondering on what to do now

Pipes, intake and tuner are only the beginning. As stated above if you want a noticable difference swap out cams from stock.

What I really want to know is there any way of installing the cfr's with my set up without killing my power. I don't want to go as far as engine mods. It's never ending.

CFR are known for killing bottom and mid range power. I tried em on my 2012 limited and drove axactly 5 miles with them on and **** canned them. I noticed bad things from the get go with them slip ons. Never again

We just did a set of Andrews 48 cams paired with S&S Quickee Pushrods and S&S standard lifters. Parts and labor came to $1247...

The CFR's kill low end power--cams with overlap make them even worse. Keep your VH mufflers and get it tuned by a competent tuner. The FuelMoto maps are just a starting point.

Thanks to all that gave me input. I think I'll just keep my V&H pipes and maybe get a good tune.
