Installing Fuelpak on 05 Deluxe

Hi!
Just about to install my new V&H shortsshots pipes and Fuelpak on my 05 Softail Deluxe.Just wondering how and where to install the Fuelpak? Any pictures?
Also- is it necessary to use a high-flow air cleaner, or can i go with my stock?

I believe all the maps for the FuelPak assume you have a high performance air kit such as the Harley SE or Ness Big Sucker.
