My 08 ultra is supposed to be delivered the end of this month...I'm thinking of going with the Bub 7 true dual system.Whats the verdict? How do they compare with the other systems on the market? If you have them on your bike...what do you think of them.? Thanks

 

I'm probably going to replace mine, may, but doubt it, try another set, as I loved the sound and the improvedtorque/power.

However heat shield didn't fit around muffler very well ( replaced HS with anotherbut replacement no better) and mine are chirping at high speeds on cement based highways.HD dealerinstalledthe system including,SE race tuner and SE Hi flow and dyno'd. BUB's w/o the crossover.

you put a heat shield on the bub7muffler?

 

He is probably talking about the where the left side header heat shield covers the muffler clamp. Had the same issue on my rineharts and the bub 7's. Not that big of an issue unless you are looking under the saddlebag.
I like the 7's better than the rineharts I had on before. No hole in the midrange power and the sound is just what I wanted. Nicedeep tone,not too loud at idle and cruise but bark when you crack the throttle.
