Rinehart alignment- is it off or just me?

Rinehart alignment- is it off or just me?
I took the stock exhaust system off of my twin cam Road King and put on the two-into-two Rinehart system. However, the mufflers now appear to not be in alignment with the lines of the saddlebags and their supports, something that was not out of alignment before with the stock head pipes and some Screaming Eagle slip-ons. Personally, for the price of the system this kind of bothers me.
Does this alignment and/or "fit" issue seem to have occurred to anyone else?
Thanks!

Ok, good point. Maybe I'll loosen everything up, adjust the alignment, and re-tighten everything. Initially, I installed and tightened the headpipes before putting the mufflers on, which now seem to be slightly off and a bit misaligned.
Thanks!

Using the advice above from Terry the allignment seems fine...
I do however have a question I am hoping someone can provide input on.
After the install, the left side passenger peg can no longer fold up all the way w/o hitting the pipe. Now I am going to be switching to a passenger floorboard shortly, but is there some sort of spacer I am missing to push the peg out from the frame of the bike?
Thanks!

There is only abouth an eight of an inch between the pipe and the footpeg on my bike when the peg is folded up. It looks like the rear cylinder's header pipe does not "hug" the frame and side cover as tightly as the stock exhaust system does. I've looked at other bikes and this appears rather common.
I got the left side muffler to liine up (align) better but I had to elongate the holes in the bracket which supports the muffler to the saddlebag support. This allowed the muffler to "shift" outwards about one quarter of an inch, making alignment much better (but not quiet perfect).
Anyone else with any input?
