OK i was ready to buy the KN 3909 intake kit when I seen the little note about the touring models with the Magnetti - Morelli EFI units. Although I new if it was different I probably had it, I figured I would pull the cleaner and check. Upon inspection I have the oval venturi. I know I can not be the only one that wanted to upgrade the stock air filter system on these bikes. According to the KN site this EFI was used from95 - 01 on touring bikes. What have you folks used and how does it work. I have a 2000 RKC.

I just put a Zippers kit on my dad's '99 rk classic with the mag morelli efi, and i'll tell ya, they work great. He's got a 106 in it putting down 105 hp and 120 ft-lb and its lotsa air for that big motor. excellent fitment took about 20 minutes to install. You'll neew a evo - style (dog-dish)air cleaner cover tho.

 

Right now my engine is stock but I don't want to buy another one if I start make mods.

Can you tell me the model number and where I can look into this one?
