We always look foward to seeing a bike come in with dual forward facing carbs, to dyno tune.
Like hell we do!!!!!!!!!!!! Most all those are for cosmetic(if you like that look) curb appeal.
Got one here now.
Can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear.

Man, although I appreciate all your feedback, you guys are killing me...
At this point I don't really have much choice, I'm leaving for Myrtle Beach in a couple days, I gotta put em on, and get it as best I can... Any tips or suggestions, starting point??? I hear 10 clicks from full rich to start with a 113 at sea level.

COME ON Scott you mean that you dont like the carbs banging into your right knee, or the intake with with ice falling off it after a hard run??

It was a huge PITA!!!!!!!! Then the guy is worried about the NOS ( twin chrome tanks that are molded into the fuel tank) as he was told that the 107 Evo on the bottle would make 150-160 hp and tq!!??? Oh did I forget to mentionthat it had four valve quatum heads. Early versions with the adjustable rocker foot. Those where worth 40-50 hp , all told to him by Bourget's. It was a killer looking scooter if the look is what you are all about.

I don't have NOS, just dual carbs on my 113... I can't lie, I am into the look but performance is very important too. I had a Super G on it and after I got the bugs worked out of it, I wasn't all that impressed, that's why I thought I would try the duals...
I met a guy at a bike night last year with them and he seemed happy... All I know is I can't wait to put these on and see what happens...
