I have a 1996 evolution motor which is the 80 cubic inch model. Do they make a big bore kit for these and if so how much does it increase (similar to a 1550 for a TC 88). Additionally, how much does it cost to have this doen to a bike. Any information is appreciated. Looking for any type of power adders for more hit on the highway at cruising speeds.

Check out www.axtellsales.com Do not use rev perf. Why are you looking for larger bore?Some great gains can be had with a cam swap and some mild headwork. This is as long as a good pipe and a ignition is used if upping the compression.

I would recomend the following for a very nice street Evo build.
Woods W6 cam(6h, if you dont mind a bit more compression)
overbore cyls and gt forges pistons as needed.
Deck heads for compression and have a performance valve job and head clean up
Good exhaust like cycle shack. Great muffler on the cheap too.
Ignition module to take advantage fo the higher compression
TUNED!

All this will be pretty affordable and kick ***. Ask Hillside cycle as he has done countless of these.
