Stage II 103" with various mufflers
Just got my bike back from the dealer. We worked out a deal that they would install the SE Stage II with 255 cams and he wanted to try different exhaust systems on it. He would dyno them and I would buy the the SE mufflers with the tips of my choice for 25% off and free installation. I don't have the readout scanned but he emailed it to me in PDF form. Bottom line is that the SE mufflers give nearly the same HP and Torque as the Rinehart slip-ons. The others came out lower than we expected. Here's a list of the slip-ons and the results:
Muffler.........................HP................ ..Torque
Bub 7s..........................80..................94 .22
Kuryakyn Krushers...........82.30..............94.67
Rinehart........................83.84............. ..99.48
SE Mufflers....................83.75...............99 .44
Stock Mufflers................80.68...............97.59

Thanks for including the stock and SE slip ons.
I just completed the Harley Stage II mods with the K&N Stage I air cleaner and stock exhaust. The stage II included SE 255 cams.
No sert or super tuner, since everything was Harley they just updated the ecm.
I am impressed with the usable power, especially the midrange.
It now has a lot more power.
That being said, I wondered what the difference would be with a tuner or slip-ons.
Even though I like the appearance of the stock pipes and the appearance of a street legal bike I was wondering how much power I am missing.
The answer appears to be not much.
My main interest is a usable, very long term, motor in a bike I will keep over ten years. I would guess thats why I stayed with the SE parts instead of aftermarket.
Any thoughts, am I missing anything?
Otherwise my next upgrade is chrome...

Wow...an actual useable comparison...very nice. Wait...I'm a Bub7 guy...bummer...looks like their getting sold now...
Each dyno is a little different, but at least theses run were done with SAE mode..more conservative than standard...so while each dyno varies this at least brings these into a comparative vertical...
I wonder how long before this post stirs up a frenzy...have you put this out on the touring forum, where there's more eyes??
