Default CV Carb needles...

Do the needles interchange between the CV40 and CV44?

Thanks,

Don't make the same stupid *** mistake I made. My CV carb had a needle with a clip on it. This particular needle does not have a head on it, like a nail. Well, dumb *** me, I took the clip off and placed the needle back in. Well, without the clip, the needle was simply free floating, and had nothing to grab onto and be pulled up with by the diaphram and the slide. In effect, it was useless. When I finally realized it, I pulled it out and got a different needle with a nail type head on it. Live and learn!!

Default Carb needle

Don't feel bad alot of people made that mistake when carbs started coming without grooves on the needle to make them tamper proof.around the time the stored putting adjustment grooves on ignition timing plates and plugged access holes for fuell screws.
