Default Sifton pistons

Hallo.
I want to buy a BIG BORE kit for my SPORTSTER 883 - 1987 year.
I found SIFTON PISTONS on EBAY.
Does anybody here knows or better - uses them?
I dont know - if they will not be damaged quickly.

use wiseco 1200 dished conversion pistons & have your cylinders bored.with the drag kit (like the SE kit),the combustion cahamber must be opened up to relieve compression, your way better off with dished pistons (the tedds kit has dished pistons, but we wont use their junk)

As Kirby said, Tom Sifton would be rolling over in his grave if he knew what Tedd's Cycle has done with that name.
We use almost nothing but Wiseco pistons here, and you could also use a set of flatops with Andrews 8 cams in that 883...........just hang on.

Hallo again.
I only wants to know:
what I can buy besides Wiseco, KB.
I dont have much money.
Pistons with rings (excluding cylinder head modifications) and gaskets.
I have 1200 cylinders - standard 3.498.
To normal ride - racing is not for me.

if its a choice between the cycle craft from DRAG & SIFTON from tedds,go with the SIFTON`s.at least their dished so no headwork is needed and for a mild 1200 build they`ll be OK
