Default Clicking noise FOUND and strange cyl marks

Well it's been awhile since I've been here as I have been into the vintage bikes the last fer years and the Harley has only been ridden 700 miles in the last 2 years. Any way I have had a clicking noise that comes and goes from the front cylinder. The noise can be heard from the front cyl at the point where the exhaust pipe mounts to the head and if you put a folded shop rag on the front head pipe you can feel the click too. Every dealer says it's normal lifter noise.
Funny, I install new cams, SE lifters, SE cam plate and pump 2 years ago due to a front bearing failure and the noise was there before the cam bearing failure. I tore down the engine last week and found the front head exhaust guide worn and causing the noise. I also took both cyls off and found the rear cyl has a very strange were pattern. It looks like the cyl has a uneven surface. look at the picture and tell me what you think. Thanks.
I have a video of the valve slop here.
