Default Hooker Pipes

Just installed a set of Hooker long staggered step tuned pipes on my 06 Heritage. The quality and fitment of these pipes are excellent and I love the way they look on the bike. I do have a question about the optional baffles that they offer if anybody here knows. The baffles come in two different sizes of 1 7/8 and 1 3/4. What would be the difference in these two as far as sound control? Which one would be the quieter/louder of the two. Just looking to tone the sound down slightly as these pipes are LOUD.

The 1-3/4 is the "Quiet" cartridge offering a "more mellow sound while increasing low end performance"

Heres some info

Thanks Soz, I went to the Holley site and saw thier explanation of the 1 3/4 cartridge but there is no explanation for the 1 7/8 cartridge. Thier own part# for the 1 7/8 would not come up on thier search engine. Is the 1 7/8 possibly a not so quiet muffler?
Hope somebody knows so I can order the correct one that cuts back on the noise level a few db's without going too quiet. i still want a bit of the rumble.

Between the 3/4 and 7/8, the 3/4 will be "quieter" then the 7/8.
You'll probably gain a very slight amount of low end torque.
The sound will still have a nice deep rumble
