Hey, Any one ever rebuild a keihin carb and then not be abale to get any fuel pumping into it? I got fuel going thu lines but nothing spraying into carb. Any ideas?? Thanks

 

Is you float and needles lined up properly? make sure nothing is in the way or bent or ...you know...

 

Ok Thanks That was gonna be my next look. Not sure on how to adjust float and needle though.

 

Well first make sure they are not stuck...This happened to me once on a old Honda and the fuel dumped in the crankcase....

 

Thanks yeah i think it was stuck or something. The needle that came with the rebuild kit looks a bit longer than the old one as well so i just put the old one back in and got fuel flowing fine. Now seams as if my battery is now not strong enough to turn it over. Always something huh..

 

DId you make sure it didn't dump fuel in the crank case???
