Your heads seem to be doing pretty good already.
I don't know if you could notice the difference.

A engine less setup would be better to compare with.

You are already way past apples to apples.

IMO and for your wallet. I'd go more cubes before a new set of heads for your engine.

You will be dissapointed. Those heads have very large ports and need to have the larger motor / stroke to leverage the added airflow potential.
Think Boss 429 or Boss 302, big holes slow flow.
SE 103+ heads or reworked stockers are a better option IMHO and IME

Those are the kind of heads I like to see when doing 107 or 131 with a ProCharger lol those would work great there.

Here you go frank. Let me know if you want to ship the heads to me , be happy to do a back to back with this set....

2008 SG is the base we are working with.

We are putting a 120r together with a pro-charger. Crank is going to Hobans, and we will add a timken in the process. Cam will be the RX267 SE , compression will be left alone. Running a 2.65 pulley may go to the 2.55 to see how much we gain there. The kit made 184 with the old 120 engine and a woods 9f and STD heads.

The welded Jims crank went south... As well the PM billet rear sprocket lasted less than 10 pulls and shed a few teeth. The AIM CF2 clutch was also no match for the power in the end. We made a few pulls where it held but it went away.. so much for a stated 200+ hp holding level. Have the 80lbs springs here now and will see how that goes. It had 6 60lbs springs with shims and still blew through the pack once hot.

Engine was hitting 15lbs at 6000, but hard to watch all of that when it hits hard on the boost. The engine on boost revs faster than one on the bottle.. From 4000-6200 is a blink and you are there.

I had thought about running the hurricane heads but do not think it will be needed with a huffer on the set up.

Intake is a 58 FBW, pipe is a zilla, running a set of 12.6 GPS injectors from Dragos ( thanks Frank) and they are keeping up with this boost level no issues at all.. I can hold 11.1 AFR with out issue.

Goal at 6500 is 208+ The engine will be set to go to 7000 once done.

Steve glade to help.. When I sold Jeff that blower that was the first Black one I sold. It took 4 weeks to get it for him. Steve I wanted to the first to do a 120R Dammmmmmm LOL LOL
The SE-RX cam should work fine with the blower. Good luck with it. I know you will do a great job................................ Any questions just give me a call....................

My math shows.........
bore 4.060
storke 4.625
2 cylinders
rpm 6500
air temp 70F
Engine VE 70% after 6000rpm est
boost psi 14 psi
super charger efficiency 70 %
inter cooler efficiency 70% might be a little less with that much boost

What I think you are going to see...
ENGINE CAPACITY ===== 119.70
NATURALLY ASPIRATED ===157.59 CFM
AIR TEMP INTERCOOLER ===227.53
TEMPERATURE DROP =====110.48
SUPER CHARGER CFM =====272.50
AIR LBS PER MINUTE ====19.29

At 6500 rpm
HP 209 61
TQ 196.37

Now thats great power........................

The biggest problem you are going to have is the intercooler it will be to small.

Merry Christmas Steve!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
