Default Boring 96" to 103"

Have anyone had any problems boring their 96" cylinders to 103 on a 2007 and up? Worrying the walls might be to thin and run hot.

Thanks

No probs..... thats as far as I go on boring cylinders we match them custom Wiseco pistons or etc.....

We have a budget SP on Brand New 103 cylinders and dome forged piston 10.5 or Flat top 10.1 comp for stock heads 570.00

When we do are 107 kits we use REV-PERF or S&S 106 inch. No probs........
Call us if you have any questions.

We have bored Harley-Davidson cylinders here for over 25 years.
Your 96"ers are the same same cylinder, as the 103" units.
No worries whatsoever, even going to 107",(3.934" here with our proprietary Wiseco's).
Have been doing that for just about 3 1/2 years as well.
Heat??
Take an 883-1200 conversion.
That goes from a 3" bore, to a 3.500" bore. Over 8 lbs of cast iron is removed from the pair, and if anything, runs cooler.
No heat issues with your 96"-103/107" upgrade.
Scott
