Default Rinehart Question

Rinehart True Dual Owners,
I have a 2005 Ultra with Rinehart True Duals.
The true duals were put on it along with 1" shorter 12" shocks.
I want to put 13" shocks (stock length) back on it for ride quality.
My problem is that the axle lock nut (right side) is hitting the muffler on the right side.
Are the Rinehart mufflers bigger in diameter than stock?
What can I do to make the 13" shocks work?
Thanks,
magnoliarunner

Question must be T/F?
