Default Smith Brothers pushrods

Good morning gentleman. Ordered my Smith Bros. quick install tapered PR's for my upcoming inner bearing/cam swap yesterday and have one question. Do I need to remove the lifter block to install these?? Just want to make sure I have all the gaskets on hand that I will need when I tear into this. Thanks.

Installing these are a bit more labor intensive than say ... SE Tapers.

But VERY MUCH WORTH THE EFFORT.

I have learned to only use the locktite on the cup and its locknut. I leave the tube and its locknut clean. Way easier to adjust later.

Once you have them in hand... you can just feel the precision machining that went into these. First rate pieces.

Thank you for that bit of advice.
