Default got a problem, coughing threw intake

here is a video of what my bike is doing, I know it is a tune problem, or atleast it started right after my tune. bike is a 09 streetbob, python staggered duals, bct qq baffles, heavy breather, 54h cams, adj push rods, 30t pulley, pcv tuner, and some other odds and ends. what is your thoughts? fyi seems to get worse the hotter it is outside, and stops anything above 2800 to wot. It is getting retuned saturday.
