Default Evo intake valves.....

I just had the top end done on my 84 evo softail. To make a long story short. After getting the bike back, it started making some strange noises. Sounds like lifters, maybe pushrods, don't know. Looking at my receipt and parts replaced and part numbers, I find out that the intake valve part number is for a Rowe intake valves for a 99 to 06 twin cam motor. My question is, are evo and twin cam intake valves the same? Or do I have a problem.

Evo and TC intake valves are the same. TC exhuast valves are a little smaller.
