2004 Roadking cranks, no start

2004 Roadking cranks, no start
@004 RoadKing Police, died the other day and would not restart. checked for spark(none) checked the fuses(all good). ran diagnostic - Codes P0374, P1351 & P1354, cleared codes, still no start. ran diag's only one code - P0374. replaced Crank Position Sensor(new fm dealer) and pops the same P0374 code.
Checked Batt connections(good & clean). Checked wires and connections(all seem good).
