Since VH hasn't released or no plans for Hi output. how do i get the 18mm bungs to fit the new new 12mm O2 sensors?? I need that propipe . Any ideas people??

 

Have you contacted V&H directly to verify this? Seems odd that they wouldn't make that pipe unless the line is being discontinued all together.

 

The new catalog shows only the chrome pro pipe for the 2012 Dyna. The bungs are available most anywhere. Drag Specialties, Amazon, etc. I just went through all of this myself.

 

VH can be extremely slow in getting pipes for new models to market. Back in 2009 when I bought my 2010 Street Glide I really wanted a VH chrome pro pipe for it. I contacted VH in September 09 and was "assured" the pipe would be released in November. Waited till November, no release. December, no release. Contacted VH in January, was told pipe should release any day. When March of 2010 arrived and no propipe in sight I finally gave up and bought a D&D Boss Fatcat as part of a stage II 103 build.

Subsequently I bought a VH propipe hi output for my 2006 Street Bob that has an SE 120R engine in it and love the pipe. I much prefer the VH sound to the D&D, especially on the larger engine.

If you can wait it out, chances are you will see a pro pipe released for your bike. Otherwise like others have said, you can get the bungs about anywhere and fab them onto a pipe.

 

I've been nosing around here not getting the bungs. No so easy to get goodies in sweden like in the US. Some send me a part number for bungs? thank you.
