Need More Power...!
I ride a 2010 FLHTK with a 103. I have upgraded to the stage1 with Performance Machine open air intake, Vance and Hines true dual headers and Rhinehart mufflers. I have also installed SE255 cams and had the heads ported and polished. It was dyno'd at 96hp and 103ft lbs of tourque. What is the next step to get more hp and tourque without blowing the bank and keeping it reliable?

Dood, what is your favorite part of riding? For me, Harley is all about torque, blarting thru the gears without effort, so the Andrews 21's made my scooter SO much more fun to ride; in every gear.
That said, my twistie rippin' pard put power cams in his Yammer and it loves to cruise at something like, 90. His big thing is being able to outrun me overall; I could give squat, because I'm havin' fun ALL the gears, ALL the time, coming on at 1800!
DAYUM it's a blast to ride now! ORMV.

What fuel management system was used to tune? Was the bike tuned or are you running a map?
How long did the tune take? You may just need a better tune?
The HP numbers are pretty good for the 255 cams; the TQ number is not; should be 110 or better.
Vance and Hines Power Dual header (X pipe)is better choice for performance than TD header?
Rinehart mufflers could be what is holding the TQ down but pushing the HP up.
My local tuner is seeing good results from the V&H X-pipe and OEM mufflers rebaffled with Fullsac baffles.
More cam will help as well but you may be limited by headwork.

Did they do the head porting or send the heads out? The headwork is the first place I woudl look for improvment. What was done, i.e., larger intake valve? SERDI valve job? full porting or just some cleanup and bowl blending? You can try any mufflers you like but a local tuner in my area, and a very good one I might add, who tunes for four H-D dealers in my area and has tuned every dealer combination as well as about any other is seeing good results with the V&H X pipe and OEM muffler with Fullsac baffles; also seeing good results with Cycle Shack slipons.
The reason I think you need to look at your heads is below; a dyno chart from a 103" build without head work.
