I got someone on the phone a couple weeks ago at Doherty Machine to order a Power Pacc air cleaner. Haven't been able to raise anyone on their 800 number in about 4 attempts. Anyone have some insight as to what is going on with them and if they are still in business? I am beginning to worry about my credit card being charged and not receiving a product.

 

I would be worrying too.

 

Update: they are in business. They just don't answer their phone much but they do check messages. I left a message yesterday stating that if I did not hear from them in two days I would cancel the charges on th card and order another air cleaner. I got a USP verification today that the unit was shipped.

It does help to bitch once in awhile. . . .

 

Doherty Machine was bought out by Trask performance who is still mfg. the same products under the Doherty name. Who ever you talked to was a Trask Performance employee.
