Default Need CAM Recommendation please!

Some info: 02 Softail Deuce 88b with D & M Power Flow Intake and Freedom Performance 2 into 1 exhaust & SE ignition, otherwise its stock. Im right at 20k mileage and along with the 20k service I want to do hydraulic cam chain tensioner upgrade and cams and will send heads off to Big Boyz for street port. I am also going to go with SE Pro Big Bore 44mm CV Carb.I dont plan on 95 upgrade. With this configuration I would like a cam that would put my torque in the 2200-5000 range. I would like some recommendations as to what cams would work best in that range. Thank you all for responses.

Andrews 37 comes to mind. But I may be biased. Specs are right up your alley, and head work will be perfect for them.

+1 on Hillside's comment. I would ask Big Boyz what cam they recommend because it can make a difference depending on exactly what they do to the heads. We do more S&S than anything but we also like Woods Performance and some of HD's higher performance cams for bigger builds.
We surely believe the motto "there is no replacement for displacement". We would suggest upgrading your pistons/cylinders.

I'd also ask you porter about the wisdom of the 44 m.m. carb. Your stock CV should be able to feed a miild 88 just fine. Why not go 98" with the money the new carb and manifold would have cost. That CV is just fine for a mild 98". That would be a lot more bang for your bucks.

Forget the CV44 carb; the OEM CV40 is more than adequate. Talk to your head porter about cam selection and follow the advice given.
