Im new to this forum. I am a Harley mechanic that dose some preformance work and all the dyno tuning in my dealership. Got some questions on the woods 777 cams. Its the first time installing these cams. Just wondering what kind of numbers you guys have been getting. The build is on a 2013 cvo 110 10.5:1 cr se adjustable push rods D&D exh 777 cams and a 31 tooth tranny sprocket. The numbers i got where 103hp and 113tq.

It does seem low.
Last one we set-up with our heads/777/Fulsac exhaust for a client in Auburn, Washington, tuned by Russ Inglis, @ Lone Wolf Performance, Vancouver Island, rolled off 116 hp, and 125 ft/lbs, STD.
What is the ccp of that engine?

Also a setup with headwork, even average headwork with a likely compression boost cannot be compared to a run with stock heads, not to mention exhaust has a huge influence as well not to mention the shape of the curve. I will take a bike with a nice long flat torque curve with 5 less peak then a bike with a sharp peak in torque that doesn't come on quick or follow through.

As stated by BVBOB the dyno is just a tool. I have a CVO with the 110 with a Woods 777, Roland Sands A/C, Power Vision, Jackpot head pipe and mufflers with stock heads. Initially it was put on a dyno and showed 101 hp and 106 tq then after some tuning it showed 110/116. Bike ran fine. I ended up on a three other dyno's afterwards and each of those dyno runs showed 101/103 give or take a hp or tq either way, but the curves were very close. So I think I can conclude the tune was good but the numbers may have been suspect.
