Default Twin-Cooled High Output Twin Cam 103® Engine

What's up with this new technology? How does it work? Torque is up to 105.5 from 104.7 on the regular 103. This is all I'm seeing "Twin cooling cools the heads around the exhaust ports to deliver at or near peak performance under all operating conditions and temperatures." Is it some type of fan?

Liquid cooling at the hottest part of the head lets them run a higher compression ratio without running into detonation.

Certain CVO 110" models have the 1.1 qt. cooling system also.
"Hydro-Glides".

Measured at the engine and not at the wheel?

could be wrong, but I think every manufacture (auto & M/C)measures HP/TQ at the crank (BTW,new motors are 10.1-1)
