Winter Build: 103, 106, 107

Winter Build: 103, 106, 107
Over the last while I've done so much research that I'm blue in the face and overwhelmed with the info out there. There's just too many variations and choices. I would like to do a build over this winter in either of the three variations I am considering. I would like to budget between 2-3 k in funds. This is having an Indy do the work, as I'm not capable nor have the time or tools to take on something like this.
Here is what my bike currently has: 2008 Street Glide
Screaming Eagle Super Tuner
Hq-500 cams
SE adj push rods
Bassani 2-1 Road Rage pipe
SE intake(stg 1) w/zippers max flow element
Last spring, when firing up the bike I heard a lot of rattling. Brought it to dealer, said it was the rear cyl out of spec/round. They bored it over(front and rear) 5 thousandths over. All covered under warranty, however. I'm getting a ton of misting/oil all over the right saddle bag. Tired of the Hd typical fixes. I wanna do it once and right one time. I'm not a wrench, and can't be at the side of the road.
The local Indy suggested; S&S 106 kit, 570 non ez start cams , my heads sent to Jprecision for a stage IIB port & polish to match the cams.
Would it be cheaper to just buy a complete kit from Hillside, Fuel Moto, GMR, or Vee twin ?
I'm in Toronto, Ontario. Wish I could drive to some of these shops, but just to far...
Any suggestions, and feed back would be greatly appreciated. My riding is all solo...never any passengers. Not looking for a drag bike or tire burner. If I can get an honest 100hp/110tq I would be happy.
Thanks every one for your advice...
Joe

Ok,,,,,,
I had a '11 street glide which I thought was the bomb.. Now even with my '14 SGS I am thinking on the same lines.. All the crew at Fuel Moto know their stuff. They provided me with a Power Vision ll and maps for current configuration and it runs great. I am considering the trip to have the 107 kit and dyno done. If not there buying the kit, installing it and have them send me maps to have checked locally.
Bottom line.... Go with the FuelMoto 107.

Yes the 107/585 combo's do work well.
E-Z start cams aid the install, and as a matter-of-fact, we have been running a special on that, and with the .570's as well.
We modifiy the piston dome volume with the .585 combo, and run a .040" gasket with the flatops(-2.3cc) with the .570's, both under the stock heads.
Headwork only enhances these set-ups dramtically.
