Has any one used a Fueling Reaper 525 or 543 camshaft. Bike is 2010 Road Glide Custom 96in motor stage 1 air filter stock head pipe with cat removed 4in CVO mufflers with 2in Fullsak baffels, Power Vision tuner. Ride in some parades.

Cam only upgrade? Andrews 48 is hard to beat for that application. JMHO.
Can you use the Andrews 48 with stock push rods & valve springs. Would like to change exhaust pipe. Looking at Fuel Moto 2-1-2
Yes to the valve springs and a qualified yes to the pushrods. The 48 base circle is smaller than the stock base circle but I am not sure how much smaller. I have seen measurements that indicate the difference is somewhere between .010" and .030". At any rate, you could run stock pushrods if the difference in base circle diameter is as small as .010" but any more than that and you will likely experience the dreaded valve train noise that you see so many posts about. The only way to know for sure is to measure the stock cam base circle and the 48 base circle to verify the difference. If I were you, I would purchase a set of SE Tapered adjustable pushrods and move on. The kit is reasonably priced and includes everything you need for the conversion, i.e., tubes, clips, O-rings and pushrods. Adjustables will give you the flexibility to apply more lifter preload which may be necessary to take all the lash out of the valve train.
Thanks for input. Didn't know it would be this hard to choose a cam. Been a mechanic for 35 years never had this much trouble choosing a cam. So much difference in V Twin & V8 race motors.

V8 race motors are all about horsepower and high rpms. Most Harley vtwins live between 2500 and 4500 rpms unless the motor is purpose built for stump pulling torque or drag racing. If you spend a little time studying the various cam profiles, you will see that many are very similar. One guy comes up with a successful profile and soon all the other vendors have a very similar profile with minor tweaks. You could pick either or and get the same results.
Seriously though the Andrews 48 cam has only been around for a few years and has developed the reputation as being one of the best, if not the best, bolt in cam for the 96" motor for a cam only upgrade.
I put an Andrews 48 in my '07 Street Bob 96 and was very happy with it. I reused the stock pushrods and installed cometic 030 head gaskets, which gave a tiny compression bump, and compensated for the smaller base circle. About 18,000 miles so far, and still like it a lot.
