Hey all. I was wondering what exhaust would best compliment my 97 FXDL. Performance is the most important thing. I currently am running a Kuryakyn Standard Hypercharger for air intake. Screaming eagle single fire ignition and coils. I recently installed an Andrews EV-13 cam, I love the way the bike snaps and handles with this cam. I have Vance and Hines longshots right now but want to change to better performing pipes for my setup. Was considering 2:1 any suggestions?

2-1 should make good torque and power for you. I had a Thunderheader on my previous 2001 FXDL and it was bas add The Thunderheader on your build will be pretty loud.

I always wanted to try the RB Racing LSR 2-1 because I like the look especially with the turnout. They are a little pricey, though. Here's a link to their site.

This is my current ride, 2003 FXDL with the V&H straight shots on them. Bike pulls and sounds good.
