I'm looking for input on the Cobra 3 in. Slip-Ons for my 2007 RKC. I had a set of Cobra dragsters on my VTX1800 and they sounded good. Loud but not obnoxious. How do they sound on the Twin Cam?

 

They sound alright, not that perfect harley sound, but close.

 

I put them on my Superglide about a month ago. $250 from Amazon/Powersport Superstore. Actually pretty quiet at idle, slight throttle, and cruising at 55-65 mph. When I roll on the gas, they have a good bark and sound good when rolling off the throttle. Not a super deep rumble like 4" mufflers but still sound good. I didn't want obnoxiously loud pipes so these worked out perfect.

They have a flawless chrome finish that kinda outshines the rest of the chrome on the bike. I haven't turned the end cap, just left it slashout like it came. Description says the baffles can be repacked to tune the sound, but I'm OK with the sound level.
