Heat Reduction Package

I watched the video a few times. It seems hard to believe a reduction that large. My wife complains about the heat on her right foot all the time. I'm starting to look into the ceramic coatings. I already have stage one and the cat removed, race tuner and dyno tested.
I would love to hear from others who have ceramic coated pipes. Is it worth it?

Well I just pulled the triger and ordered Rush True Duals mainly for the ceramic coating. I got myself a infared temp gun, but really can't reproduce consistent temp readings. Those temp guns are very touchy, just aim a touch this way or that and you can get a reading as much as 100 degrees different.
When the new pipes get here I'll try and get some numbers off them to compare. Rush is claiming as much as 300 degree drop, I'll b very happy if I get 100 degree drop.

Ok, I have the Rush Ture Duals with cermaic coating installed. First thing is the increase of exhaust sound. I was running a de-catted stock head pipe with wild pig slip on's. I need to pull the baffles out and wrap them to settle the sound down.
One large complant is the placement of the rear pipe heat sheild center hose clamp. It is to close to the trany cover and just can't be installed no matter which way I tried. Hey Rush, if your reading this how about you trade me a rear shield with the clamp located in a better spot?
Now for the praise. Rush has done a great job with the coating and reduceing heat. I took many reading with the stock pipe and got as high as 570 degrees. Now these infared temp guns aren't the best for this task. New Rush pipe only got up to 364 degrees at best. I'd sure call that a win in my book. I was really hoping to get maybe a 100 degree reduction
So if your looking to reduce heat coming off the pipe the Rush True Duals will work.
