Default Forgot to soak exhaust wrap.

Yeah I forgot to soak my exhaust wrap before installing it on my bike. Is it super important that I do? Do I have to remove it and soak it? Is there something I could do with out removing it because that would really be a pain in the butt. Thanks.

If it were me, I would remove it and wet it. Wetting it not only helps in minimizing the smoking upon start up but also make it pliable which helps to smooth it out and lay down around the bends. I've made the same mistake and ended up taking it off after I rode anyways. It tends to bunch and shift over time when installed dry.
