anybody know how to go about finding what kind/size/lug pattern fit on the rear of a servicar. i have old weld classic spoke wheels that are all rusty and should be replaced. i like the car look and do not want to go with the old narrow type wheels. i am having a hard time figuring out where i can get the info for the wheels lug pattern. i like the old wagon look but am stumpedfor info. manual isn't giving me lug pattern info for rim lug pattern to cross reference for replacements. any help you folks can give me is greatly appreciated. i do not want to go with any new fancy custom wheels for like a lowrider car or snoop dog spinners type. like to try to maintain some kind of an old skool trike appearance. thanks
50's and 60's Ford rims have the same bolt pattern. At least, that's true of my '54 because the previous owner had put extra wide chrome rims for an early Mustang on it.
Same bolt pattern as modern Ford and Chrysler rims. The wider rim and tire you use will lower performance and increase bearing wear. Also note that the only axle retainers a servicar rear end has are small "C" clamps at interior end of axle at differential gears in center section.
