Awhile ago, the forum kept self-selecting "mobile mode". Simple text. Many icons disappeared, no avatars. That particular tablet was old and getting kinda bugg, and I was going to get a new one.

I got a new Galaxy, and it would stay in "Full Site Mode" for days.

Then, today, it started going into Mobile Mode again. I could select "Full Site" mode, but the next click will send it back to mobile mode. What changed ?

 

Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner. Then select request desktop site.it worked for me.

No three dots in the upper right.

In the upper left corner, there are three short lines, or dashes, but when i selected it there was no "request desktop site" choice.

But it sounded hopeful. Thanks again .

 

One advantage of this problem I have is that I am FORCED by the forum to NOT see any of the ads that the advertisers paid for.

​​​​​if i can't find a solution I should contact the advertisers to thank them for keeping their ads invisible and let them know how much I appreciate it.

 

Use the three dots in the upper right, on a Chrome browser, not the 3 lines of the forum.
It is very frustrating. I like the Mobile browser, except when I want to post a link, which only works if entered on the full site.
